DMCA & IP Policy

MM2Cheap ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses mm2.cheap to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us about content on our site that you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property, and how we handle those reports. We respond to notices that meet the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and handle similar reports from other countries in the same way.

1. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe that material on our site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our designated contact (section 3) that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them).
  3. The exact URL(s) or other details that let us find the material you want removed.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that leave out required information may not be acted on. Once we receive a complete notice we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and let the person who posted it know.

2. Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice we will send a copy to the person who filed the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we may restore the material.

3. Where to send notices

4. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, please consider getting legal advice before sending a notice.

5. Repeat infringers

Where appropriate, we may restrict or end the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Trademarks and game content

MM2Cheap is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Murder Mystery 2. Roblox, Murder Mystery 2 and all related names, logos and in-game items are trademarks or property of their respective owners and are referred to on this site only to describe the items we offer.
